Common use of Licensure; Medicaid/Medicare Cost Reports Clause in Contracts

Licensure; Medicaid/Medicare Cost Reports. Borrower will maintain all certificates of need, provider numbers and licenses necessary to conduct its business as presently conducted, and take any steps required to comply with any such new or additional requirements that may be imposed on providers of medical products and services. If required, all Medicaid/Medicare cost reports will be properly filed.
