Licensure of Operations. Developer shall promptly apply for and obtain all State licenses and permits required for commercial cannabis activities to be undertaken on the Property.
Licensure of Operations. Developer shall already have, or promptly apply for and obtain all State licenses required for the operations described in Exhibit A, as well as any local licenses required in the future by the City. Failure to obtain required state licenses within twelve (12) months following the date of Conditional Use Permit approval, and/or failure to maintain required state or city licenses during the term of this Agreement, shall constitute a default under this Agreement and shall be grounds for termination.‌
