Common use of Lien Protection Clause in Contracts

Lien Protection. Not permit the inclusion in any contract to which Debtor becomes a party of any provision that could or might impair or prevent the creation of a security interest in favor of Secured Party in Debtor's rights and interest in any property included within the definitions of the Copyrights, Registrations and Copyright Rights acquired under such contracts.

Not permit permit, without the prior written consent of Secured Party, the inclusion in any contract to which such Debtor becomes a party of party, any provision that could or might impair or prevent the creation of a security interest in favor of Secured Party in such Debtor's rights and interest in any property included within the definitions of the Copyrights, Registrations and Copyright Rights acquired under such contracts.

Not permit the inclusion in any material contract to which such Debtor becomes a party of any provision that could or might impair or prevent the creation of a security interest interests in favor of Secured Party Party, for the benefit of the Lender Group, in such Debtor's rights and interest in any material portion of any property included within the definitions of the Copyrights, Registrations and Copyright Rights acquired under such contracts.
