Liens; Recording. (a) Tenant shall not, directly or indirectly, create or permit to be created or to remain and shall promptly discharge or remove any lien, levy or encumbrance on any of the Leased Premises or on any Rent or any other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease, other than any Mortgage or Assignment, the Permitted Encumbrances and any mortgage, lien, encumbrance or other charge created by or resulting solely from any act or omission of Landlord. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LABOR, SERVICES OR MATERIALS FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED TO TENANT OR TO ANYONE HOLDING OR OCCUPYING ANY OF THE LEASED PREMISES THROUGH OR UNDER TENANT, AND THAT NO MECHANICS' OR OTHER LIENS FOR ANY SUCH LABOR, SERVICES OR MATERIALS SHALL ATTACH TO OR AFFECT THE INTEREST OF LANDLORD IN AND TO ANY OF THE LEASED PREMISES. LANDLORD MAY AT ANY TIME, AND AT LANDLORD'S REQUEST TENANT SHALL PROMPTLY, POST ANY NOTICES ON THE LEASED PREMISES REGARDING SUCH NON-LIABILITY OF LANDLORD.

LANDLORD MAY AT ANY TIME, AND AT LANDLORD'S REQUEST TENANT SHALL PROMPTLY, POST ANY NOTICES ON THE LEASED PREMISES REGARDING SUCH NON-LIABILITY OF LANDLORD.

LANDLORD MAY AT ANY TIME, AND AT LANDLORD'S REQUEST TENANT SHALL PROMPTLY, PROMPTLY POST ANY NOTICES ON THE LEASED PREMISES REGARDING SUCH NON-LIABILITY OF LANDLORD.

LANDLORD MAY AT ANY TIME, AND AT LANDLORD'S REQUEST TENANT SHALL PROMPTLYPROMPTLY UPON THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY ALTERATIONS AT THE LEASED PREMISES, POST ANY NOTICES A NOTICE ON THE LEASED PREMISES REGARDING SUCH NON-LIABILITY OF LANDLORDLANDLORD THAT IS IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ORS 87.030.

(a) Other than in connection with the granting of a leasehold mortgage pursuant to the express provisions of Paragraph 20(f) of this Lease, Tenant shall not, directly or indirectly, create or permit to be created or to remain and shall promptly discharge or remove any lien, levy or encumbrance on any of the Leased Premises or on any Rent or any other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease, other than any Mortgage or Assignment, the Permitted Encumbrances and any mortgage, lien, encumbrance or other charge created by or resulting solely from any act or omission of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall not, directly or indirectly, create or permit to be created or to remain and shall promptly discharge or remove any lien, levy or encumbrance on any of the Leased Premises or on any Rent or any other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease, other than any Mortgage or AssignmentAssignment by Landlord, the Permitted Encumbrances and any mortgage, lien, encumbrance or other charge created by or resulting solely from any act or omission of Landlord. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LABOR, SERVICES OR MATERIALS FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED TO TENANT OR TO ANYONE HOLDING OR OCCUPYING ANY OF THE LEASED PREMISES THROUGH OR UNDER TENANT, AND THAT NO MECHANICS' OR OTHER LIENS FOR ANY SUCH LABOR, SERVICES OR MATERIALS SHALL ATTACH TO OR AFFECT THE INTEREST OF LANDLORD IN AND TO ANY OF THE LEASED PREMISES. LANDLORD MAY AT ANY TIME, AND AT LANDLORD'S REQUEST TENANT SHALL SHALL. PROMPTLY, POST ANY NOTICES ON THE LEASED PREMISES REGARDING SUCH NON-LIABILITY OF LANDLORD.
