Life and Medical VEBA Trusts. As soon as administratively practicable following the Distribution Date, the NiSource Parties shall cause the trustees of the NiSource Life and Medical VEBA Trusts to transfer to the Columbia Life and Medical VEBA Trusts the assets that are credited to each of the subaccounts thereunder that relate to the Business Employees.
