Medical Plan. Eligible employees and dependants shall be covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan or carrier approved by the British Columbia Medical Services Commission. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium. An eligible employee who wishes to have coverage for other than dependants may do so provided the Medical Plan is agreeable and the extra premium is paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Membership shall be a condition of employment for eligible employees who shall be enrolled for coverage following the completion of three (3) months’ employment or upon the initial date of employment for those employees with portable service as outlined in Article 14.12.
Medical Plan. All regular staff members who are eligible under the terms of the Medical Services Plan will, as a condition of employment, participate in the Plan from the first day of the month coinciding with or following commencement of employment, unless covered under a spousal plan.
Medical Plan. The Employer shall pay 80% of the premium cost for the provincial medical health plan.

The Town shall make available to all eligible, regular, full-time Employees and their eligible dependents group medical coverage (the “Medical Plan”) at a level that is substantially equivalent to the level of covered services in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Medical Plan documents and in this Article.
Medical Plan. The Board and the Association shall participate in the provincial government Medical Services Plan. The Board will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost.
Medical Plan. The City shall contract with the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) for the purpose of providing medical insurance benefits for employees covered by this Memorandum of Understanding, eligible retired employees and eligible survivors of retired employees.
