Common use of Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Coverage. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall participate in a Group Life Insurance Plan to include an accidental death and dismemberment provision as well as a Long Term Disability Plan (if made available); such coverage shall be extended on a twenty‐ four (24) hour per day basis in accordance with the provisions of the Plan, and shall commence on the first day of employment.
