Life Insurance/Disability Insurance. During the Employment Period, the Company shall keep in force and pay the premiums on the split-dollar life insurance policy referenced in the Split Dollar Insurance Agreement between Avalon and Executive, subject to reimbursement by Executive as provided in such Split Dollar Insurance Agreement. The Company shall reimburse Executive for the cost of the comprehensive disability insurance policy, which is in effect on January 1, 1997, and shall also be responsible for any increases in premiums which become effective during the Employment Period as may be necessary to maintain the same level of insurance as in effect on January 1, 1997. Executive agrees to submit to such medical examinations as may be required in order to maintain such policies of insurance.
