In the event the Minister is approved for long-term disability benefits, the Congregation will deem the Minister actively at work and continue to pay the life insurance premium for an additional six months of transitional disability leave in accordance with the premium waiver provisions of the UUA Group Life Insurance contract. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Congregation and the Minister, salary, housing, and other benefits will not be paid during disability leave. 24
