Lightfastness. Provide fade-resistant carpet with rating of not less than 3 international ▇▇▇▇ scale shade changes after 80 xenon arc standard fading hours; AATCC 16E.
Lightfastness. Carpets incorporating the DURACOLOR® technology will resist color loss from light exposure as measured by AATCC Test Method 16E–International Gray Scale. Rating after 160 AFU’s (Xenon Arc) should be 3-4 or better; and
Lightfastness. 10 Years - Mohawk Group warrants that all carpets produced with SmartStrand® Contract fiber will resist color loss from light exposure for 10 years. SmartStrand® Contract carpets provide a 10 year warranty for colorfastness after exposure to light as measured by AATCC Test Method 16E – International Gray Scale Rating after 160 AFU’s (Xenon Arc) should be 3-4 or better.
