Lighting and Receptacles. 4.10.1. Interior lighting fixtures shall be LED, 5000 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Bright White). Fixtures shall provide minimum of 75 foot-candles within any location of building. Control switches shall be 3-way wall switches located at each entry door. A minimum of two (2) fixtures with battery backup shall be provided to provide illumination in event of power failure. Fixtures shall be Lithonia Lighting Cat. # XVML L48-3500LM-MVOLT-50K-80CRI or AE approved equal. 4.10.2. Exterior lighting fixtures shall be 26-Watt LED, 5000 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Bright White), outdoor fixtures. Each fixture shall be controlled automatically by photocell mounted integrally within each fixture. Fixtures shall be Lumark Cat. # XTOR3B-WT-PC1. 4.10.3. A combination exit/emergency light unit shall be installed. The exit sign shall utilize LED lamps. Fixtures shall be Lithonia Lighting Cat. # LHQM-LED-R-HO. 4.10.4. Provide 120 Volt AC, 20 ampere specification grade duplex receptacles. At a minimum, provide one duplex receptacle interior and exterior for each access door. Exterior outlets shall be GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting) protected. Additional GFCI shall be provided for the communication racks as shown in the substation drawings.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Containers An extra charge will be made for returnable containers and special shipping devices (such as oil barrels, reels, tarpaulins, commutator clamps, etc.) where they are consigned to the Purchaser, but refund will be made if returned in good condition to the factory, or other points designated by EXION, within ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment, charges prepaid.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.
