Doors. New two piece oak doors of 4’ and 4’6” shall be installed as indicated on the plans. The existing metal door leading to tissue culture room #104 shall be relocated/ replaced as indicated in the plans. Floors: Existing seamless vinyl in the lab areas shall remain and be repaired where the surface is compromised as reasonably requested by the tenant. BENCHES: A new x.xxx bench with x.xxx counter shall be provided in the main lab #101near the glasswash/autoclave area as shown in the plan. The new lab sink will have protected hot and cold water and deck mounted emergency eyewash stations.
