Receptacles. Convenience receptacles shall be limited to eight per circuit, with a circuit loading of 180 xxxxx for each receptacle, unless specific conditions necessitate other requirements. Maximum spacing of receptacles along walls in office areas and maintenance shop shall not exceed 12 feet. However, during high volume periods such as Christmas, arrangement to collect non-containerized materials will be made as agreed upon by the Franchisee and the City Manager.

Receptacles. Every habitable space in a dwelling or dwelling unit, except lodging rooms that do not allow cooking, microwaves, space heaters or extension cords, shall contain at least two (2) separate and remote receptacle outlets and one (1) wall or ceiling-type electric light fixture controlled by a remote switch. If a ceiling or wall-type light fixture is not installed, one of the two (2) required floor or wall-type convenience outlets shall be controlled by a remote switch. Every laundry area shall contain at least one (1) grounded-type receptacle or a receptacle with a ground fault circuit interrupter. Every bathroom shall contain at least one (1) receptacle. Any new bathroom receptacle outlet shall have ground fault circuit interrupter protection. Convenience outlets are to be located to prevent use of extension cords in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) 400-8/Chapter Comm. 16 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. All extension cords, temporary wiring and exposed or abandoned wiring shall be removed.
