Limitation of Exclusions in Some Jurisdictions. If the initial purchaser of a Global Solar Module purchased the product in a country or state with laws limiting the applicability of provisions or exclusions contained in this warranty, the provisions whose applicability is limited by law will be limited or deleted, but only to the extent required by such laws. All other provisions remain in full force. Global Solar provides only a Basic Limited Warranty if a Module is Not Registered. The Module will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear, for 90 days beginning on the date of the initial purchase of the Module (the “Purchase Date”). By taking the steps described below, the original purchaser may make the Module a Registered Module and extend this warranty. Registration of PowerFLEX modules.   • GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS 1. This Agreement does not cover performance of routine maintenance. You are responsible for performing all routine maintenance and cleaning for all covered Items as specified and recommended by the manufacturer. You are also responsible for providing all routine maintenance for all areas of a Covered Property around covered Items to ensure that these Items are able to function properly as specified by the manufacturer.

EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO WAIVES IN ALL DISPUTES BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS SUBSECTION (A) ANY OBJECTION THAT IT MAY HAVE TO THE LOCATION OF THE COURT CONSIDERING THE DISPUTE.
