TRADE JURISDICTION. This Article does not apply to Appendix "A", Sheeting and Decking. Refer to Clause 19, Local Appendices for additional provisions.
(a) the manufacture, lay out, fabrication, assembling, handling, erection, installation, dismantling, conditioning adjustment, alteration, repair and servicing of all ferrous or non-ferrous metal work and all other materials used in lieu thereof;
(b) all pollution control systems, dust collecting and control systems, vacuum systems, grain spouting, material blowing, any and all types of product moving systems air or otherwise and including recovery systems;
(c) all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and all other forms of air handling systems regardless of material used, all humidifiers, dehumidifiers (dryers), all associated ducting for a complete air handling system regardless of gauge, all hoods, cabinets, including the setting of all equipment and all reinforcements and hangers in connection therewith;
(d) all lagging over insulation and all duct lining regardless of gauge or material used, all internal insulation thermal, acoustical regardless of material used, the fabrication and installation of sound attenuators and silencers;
(e) testing and balancing of all air handling equipment and duct work;
(f) all metal working aspects of the showcase, display neon and metal sign industry;
(g) all metal cabinets, custom built tables, counters, fixtures, etc. normally associated with hospital and kitchen equipment work and all sheet metal work associated with the food and beverage industry, environmental control rooms, clean rooms, including walk-in coolers erected on site;
(h) all sheet metal cladding, sheeting, enamel panels, fascia, soffits and decking regardless of the type of structural frame involved, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, z-bar, girts, vapour barriers;
(i) the placing and installation of standard metal, production items such as metal shelving, metal lockers, window frames, toilet partitions and all metal ceiling systems, etc.;
(j) any and all sheet metal work in connection with laundry chutes and garbage chutes which are a permanent part of the building;
(k) the erection of ventilators, ovens and spray booths;
(l) all rigging, lifting and placing of all sheet metal trade materials and equipment on the jobsite (subject to trade practice);
(m) all metal roofing including but not limited to sheet metal gutters, flashings, copings, vents, etc. or materials used in lieu thereof and all g...
TRADE JURISDICTION. 3.01 The Association recognizes the trade jurisdiction of the Union and agrees to assign the work of such jurisdiction to the employees covered by this Agreement.
3.02 The trade jurisdiction of the Union shall consist of but not be limited to the following: The preparation and application of the interior and exterior surfaces for the purpose of receiving paint finishes, including pigmentations, monolithic design for finished wall treatment not limited to stone, glass, plastic, gypsum products, architectural finishes, epoxy, catalyst, polyester fillers, binders, additives of any combination formalization, regardless of density and consistency. Installation of strengthening membranes for the purpose of holding or binding together the various applications using the tools of the trade or manufactures recommended. All work involved in fireproofing, drywall tap- ing, plastering, acoustical spraying, asbestos removal, mould removal, fire stopping, or related work, including spray or troweling of cementitious, fibre, urethane, cellu- lose materials for said purposes and the application of materials such as but not lim- ited to, A/D fire barrier, fire stopping, fire-rated wall and floor assemblies, cable tray penetration, voids between multi cable/pipe installations, perimeter of slabs and top of masonry wall, etc., and the application of polyurethane sprayed foam and polypropyl- ene plastic sheet membrane (i.e., air-gap/drainage membrane) and lead removal, chem- ical remediation and biological hazardous clean-up.”
3.03 No limitation shall be placed on the work covered by this trade jurisdiction by reason of the surface or texture or purpose for which the material described herein is used, designed or intended.
3.04 The trade jurisdiction includes the handling of all materials listed in the section of this Article and all materials and/or equipment required to carry out the work covered by the trade jurisdiction from the job stock piles.
TRADE JURISDICTION. The provisions of this Appendix shall apply to employees of the employers engaged in the erection of special building products, in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors of the construction industry. That is: the on-site assembling, erection and/or installation, dismantling, reconditioning, adjustment, re-location, alterations, repairing and servicing of all sheet metal work, in the field of sheeting, cladding, insulation, roof decking, and any other materials substituted in lieu of, including but not limited to all materials associated with such sheet metal work, such as insulation, drywall, z-bar, girts, vapour barriers, etc.; ventilators, louvers when included or specified with the sheeting and decking work, and the site fabrication and installation of flashings.
TRADE JURISDICTION. 18.01 The employer recognizes the trade jurisdiction of the Union and agrees to assign the work of such jurisdiction to the employees or pieceworkers covered by this Agreement.
18.02 The installation of all materials and component parts of all types of ceilings regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connec- tion, including but not limited to all hangers, carrying channels, cross furring stiffeners, braces, all bars regardless of material or method of attachment, all integrated gypsum board, all integrat- ed ceiling heat panels, all radiant ceiling heat fill, all main tees, splines, splays, wall and ceilings angles or mouldings, all back- ing board and all finish ceiling materials regardless of method of installation; all work in connection with the installation erec- tion and/or application of all materials and component parts of walls and partitions regardless of their material composition or method or manner of their installation, attachment or connection,
18.03 No limitation shall be placed on the work covered by this trade jurisdiction by reason of the surface or texture or purpose for which the material described herein is used, designed or intended.
18.04 The trade jurisdiction includes the handling and clean up of all materials listed in the Sections of this Article and all ma- terials and/or equipment required to carry out the work covered by the trade jurisdiction.
18.05 “Demolition work and dismantling of all reusable mate- rial pertaining to acoustic and drywall work jurisdiction shall be performed by employees covered by this Agreement”.
TRADE JURISDICTION. This Agreement covers the rates of pay, rules and working conditions of all Employees of the Employer engaged in but not limited to:
TRADE JURISDICTION. 4.01 This agreement covers the rate of pay, rules and working conditions for all Labourers and Labour Foremen engaged on work coming within the scope of Registration Certificate #57 including the tending of all crafts, and such work as has traditionally, historically or by area practice been the work of the Labourer.
TRADE JURISDICTION. 4.01 This Agreement covers the rates of pay, fringe benefits, rules and working conditions of all Employees of the Employer engaged in but not limited to:
(a) the building or laying of what is known as "built-up" or flat roofs, whether by hot or cold application;
(b) the laying and covering of "steep" and similar roof frames with "unitized" roofing materials such as tile, slate, asbestos, wood shingles, shakes, etc. and all grouting connected with same;
(c) all application of insulation and insulation board in connection with roofs;
(d) the application of roof and promenade deck waterproofing with modern plastic coating materials, etc.;
(e) all spudding, dismantling, repairs to roofs, re-roofing and maintenance of roofs;
(f) the laying of promenade tile, wooden paving blocks, application of styrofoam batting, etc. where these are bedded in asphalt or similar substances;
(g) the damp and waterproofing of floors, foundations, pipes, tanks, etc. with such materials as pitch, tar, asphalt, plastic, bitumen, etc.;
(h) all caulking where its function is waterproofing and where it is performed as a specialty;
(i) the operation of all power equipment such as hoists, tankers, pumps, etc. associated with roofing;
(j) the application of roof decking materials such as cement asbestos panels (not metal deck);
(k) the handling, loading, unloading, hoisting, rigging, moving, etc. on the jobsite or in the shop of all materials relevant to the foregoing; and finally;

TRADE JURISDICTION. 3 (a) This Agreement, except as otherwise 4 provided for herein, covers the working 5 rules and conditions of employment for all 6 journeymen boilermakers and apprentices 7 employed in the boilermaking trade by a 8 signatory Employer, including but not limited 9 to: boilermaking, welding, plasma arc, overlay 10 welding, acetylene burning, rubber lining, fiber 11 glass, riveting, chipping, caulking, rigging, 12 fitting-up, grinding, reaming, impact machine 13 operating, unloading and handling of the 14 boilermakers’ material and equipment, and such 15 other work that is recognized as coming under 16 the trade jurisdiction of the boilermakers.
