Common use of Limitation of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Expenditures. The Correctional Managed Health Care Committee shall not transfer any funds in excess of capitation rates established in contracts to the University of Texas Medical Branch or the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center without prior approval of the Governor and the Legislative Budget Board. Any funds appropriated for Correctional Managed Health Care remaining unexpended or unobligated on August 31 of each fiscal year, shall lapse to the General Revenue Fund.
