Limitation of IP Damages. Should any Proprietary Software or MapR Materials, or the operation thereof, become or in MapR's opinion be likely to become, the subject of such claim described in Section 2.7.1, MapR may, at MapR's option and expense, procure for Customer the right to continue using the Proprietary Software or MapR Materials, replace or modify the Proprietary Software or MapR Materials so that theybecome non-infringing, or terminate the license granted hereunder for such Proprietary Software or MapR Materials.
