Using the Service. You agree to: (a) implement any changes or upgrades to the Service that we may require; (b) follow our Service instructions for capturing and transmitting Check Images to us; (c) view each Check Image as it is scanned to ensure that the images (front and back) are being captured properly; and (d) if requested, provide us with the Original Checks that are not destroyed and still within your possession (or sufficient copies of the Original Checks) within five business days of our request. A “sufficient copy” of an Original Check is a paper reproduction of an Original Check that accurately represents all of the information on the front and back of the Original Check as of the time the image was transmitted to us by means of this Service. You agree not to transfer, deposit, negotiate, or otherwise use any Original Check (or a copy of any Original Check) once you agree to deposit it through the Service. Once you transmit an Original Check to us, you agree to safeguard the Original Check from access by others. You may use the Services only for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. By transmitting a Check Image to us through the Mobile App, you authorize us and our Processor to contact you, including via e-mail and the mobile telephone number you have most recently provided us in respect of your Card, regarding any processing issue or collection effort with respect to such Check Image. If warranted, in our reasonable judgment, we reserve the right to monitor your use of the Service, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Using the Service. 7.1 When you use the Service, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Law. 7.2 You must not use, attempt to use, the Service:- a) to send or receive elements or data of and kind that are contrary to the Law, which have a threatening, injurious, insulting character, offensive, abusive, offensive on moral, menacing, religious or political grounds, impair confidentiality obligations, breach of the PDPA, or violate and Intellectual Property Rights; b) breach our Company Policy; c) to intentionally or negligently send and electronic and/or software element whatsoever via the Service that could cause harm of and kind to our Network, or other internet user; d) gain unauthorised access to, or use of, our Network, computing environment, customers’ computer or data, ,and Personal Data, or and other computing resource; and/or e) to expose us to and liability or that will violate our rights and/or those of third party. 7.3 If you breach and of the above, we shall have the right to forthwith suspend the Service and/or Terminate the Service.
Using the Service. You agree to: (a) follow our Service instructions for capturing and transmitting Check images and other information to us; (b) view each Check as it is scanned to ensure that the images (front and back) have been captured properly; (c) allow us (but we shall have no duty) to examine the physical location where you capture and transmit Check images and store Checks to confirm your compliance with this Agreement; (d) adequately train your employees on the use of the Service and evaluate the need for separation of employee duties to reduce the risk of fraud; (e) allow us (but we shall have no duty) to inspect any audit report related to your operational process for the Service; and (f) provide us with the original Check (if it is within your possession) or a sufficient copy of the Check within five (5) Business Days of our request. A “sufficient copy” of a Check is a paper reproduction of an original Check that accurately reflects all of the information on the front and back of the original Check as of the time the image was transmitted to us by means of this Service. You agree to retain all information about your imaging of Checks and transmittal of Check images for no less than 7 days. In the event of lost, mistaken, incomplete or unusable Checks or Check images, or in the event of claims of fraud, alteration, counterfeit or otherwise, you agree to cooperate fully with us in providing information, including access to such records. You bear sole responsibility for the care and security of any original Checks in your possession. You agree to apply the following endorsement to each scanned Check you transmit for deposit, either (a) on the original paper Check before scanning, or (b) by virtual endorsement applied to the Check image by your scanner: “Pay to the Order of [insert Bank Name and Bank’s Routing Number] For Remote Deposit Capture Only”. The foregoing endorsement language is the default setting for your scanner. You may request that your scanner’s virtual endorsement language also include “Deposit To [insert your account Name and/or account Number].” Any other variations in endorsement language must be approved in advance by the Bank in writing. We have the right (but no duty) to reject any remote deposit that does not readily appear to contain the foregoing endorsement, even if we accept other remote deposits from you or others without that endorsement. Using the Service. You agree to: (i) follow the vault’s operations, maintenance and use instructions as provided by your Third Party Vendor for depositing United States currency, United States coins, and checks drawn on United States banks (collectively, “Currency”); (ii) report “said to contain” information as may be available based on the vault used; (iii) contract with a vault vendor (approved by us) designated in the Specifications (a “Third Party Vendor”) to maintain and service their vault; and (iv) pay us the fees we quote for the processing and accounting of the Currency deposited in the vault. In the event of a Third Party Vendor’s insolvency, a stolen or damaged vault unit, counterfeit currency, contaminated currency, or other events causing the loss of, or fitness of, the currency from the vault, we are not liable and any provisional credit will be debited accordingly. In the event that there are recurring shortages in deposits relating to Third Party Vendor count of any Currency, the parties hereto shall fully cooperate with one another (and, to the extent required under the Third Party Vendor agreements, the Third Party Vendor) in conducting an investigation of any question relating to the shortage, or the cause thereof, to the extent reasonably possible. Any such investigation may, at our election, be conducted by us or the Third Party Vendor. Each party agrees that if it finds any discrepancy, overage or shortage in the deposits, it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to immediately notify the other party of such event.
Using the Service. You agree to: (i) install any equipment and/or implement any changes or upgrades to the equipment that we may require; (ii) follow our instructions for capturing and transmitting Check images and other information to us; (iii) (endorse all Checks that you transmit to us through this service with, “For ASB Mobile Deposit Only”;(iv) view each Check as it is scanned to ensure that the images (front and back) are being captured properly; (v) retain original Checks until you have received notification that your deposit is approved and processed; (vi) after receiving the approved and processed notification, either destroy the original Checks by shredding them or conspicuously and indelibly marking the front of the Checks as “Void”. Once we confirm our receipt of Check information, you agree that you will not attempt, directly or indirectly, to negotiate, deliver, transfer or deposit the original Checks (or copies of such Checks, whether in paper or electronic form) with us or others. You agree to store or destroy original Checks and any copies of such Checks in a way that others cannot gain access to them.
Using the Service. To gain access to the Online Bill Payment Service you must sign on to the Online Services using your unique UserID and Password. To use the Online Bill Payment Service, you must provide information online to the Bank that identifies your payees. You must provide sufficient information about a payee to permit the Bank to properly direct a payment and permit the payee, upon receipt of a payment, to identify you as the payment source. You do this by filling in all required fields. You may also use a vendor from our master list of vendors, but we do not guarantee that the mailing address for a particular vendor in our master list is the same mailing address for your particular payment. Many vendors have more than one mailing address for different kinds of payments. If you select a vendor from our master list, rather than entering in the payment mailing address information yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that the mailing address for your payment is correct. We accept no responsibility for late or returned payments if you do not direct us to send the payment to the correct mailing address.
Using the Service. Using the Credit Union to send or receive funds transfers shall constitute your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. To the extent that the terms contained in this Agreement are different than those in any other agreement or terms of account, this Agreement shall control and be deemed to modify such other agreements or terms of account.

Using the Service. Your Casual E-Banker Payment Service allows you to schedule xxxx payments through Your Casual E-Banker. You can schedule, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from any of your North Valley Bank checking accounts. There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized. You may pay any merchant or individual through the use of Your Casual E-Banker. We are unable to process any payment of taxes, court-directed payments such as alimony, child support, speeding tickets, etc, or payments to payees outside the United States through Your Casual E-Xxxxxx Xxxx Payment Services. By furnishing us with the names of payees/merchants, you authorize us to follow the payment instructions to these payee/merchants that you provide us through Your Casual E-Banker. When we receive a payment instruction (for the current or a future date), we will remit funds to the payee on your behalf from the funds in your selected checking account. When Your Casual E-Banker receives a payment instruction, you authorize us to charge your checking account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close to the business day designated by you as reasonably possible. While it is anticipated that most transactions will be completed on the exact day designated, you agree that due to circumstances beyond the control of Your Casual E-Banker, particularly delays in handling and posting payments and slow-responding companies or financial institutions, some transactions may take a day or even a few days longer. Using the Service. Latch is a service that reduces the exposure of your online services by allowing end users to easily block access to them when they are not in use. This ensures that the time during which the services are exposed to current threats is reduced, minimizing the consequences of identity theft or unwarranted use. Latch is available for end users as a smartphone or tablet app (such as Latch for Android, Latch for Windows Phone or Latch for iPhone). In order to block or unblock their online services account, or features defined by the Developer, end users must download the Latch application (owned by TCT) from an authorized app store on to a mobile device listed on xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx as a supported device and operating system. The Service is intended for you to add an extra level of security to your online services or websites. Integrating Latch with your online service will allow your end users to temporarily lock the service account, or the service features you define, when they don´t use them. Latch helps you reduce the risk of attacks directed to your online services reducing the time the services are accessible. The Developer is responsible for performing the relevant integrations within its service and several APIs/SDKs are provided for this purpose as well as a range of documents and guides to make the task easier. Ready developed plugins are provided as an example only and are distributed without guarantees of any kind, meaning the Developer is solely responsible for the correct operation of Latch integrated in its service. Services will collect the necessary information to ensure their correct operation as detailed in our privacy policy. The Service may be invalid for use with certain online services, and TCT may deny registration with the Service due to legal or regulatory limitations based on the Developer’s location or for technical reasons derived from said restrictions. The Developer must not attempt to circumvent the aforementioned limitations in relation to the Service. When using the Service, you must comply with this contract, all applicable laws, and other notices we provide. You may not use the Service in any unauthorized way that could interfere with anyone else’s use of it or to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account, or network.
