Limitation of Liability Applicable to Meet-Point Billing Arrangements. In the event of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data received from either Party, the liability of the Party providing such data shall be limited to the provision of corrected data only. If data is lost, such providing Party will develop a substitute based on past usage, as set forth in Section 6.3.2.
