For IntraLATA Sample Clauses

For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.
For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement. Upon receipt of verifiable Primary Toll records, Ameritech shall reimburse Requesting Carrier at Requesting Carrier’s applicable tariffed terminating switched access rates. When transport mileage cannot be determined, an average transit transport mileage shall be applied as set forth on the Pricing Schedule.
For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic that is subject to a PTC arrangement and where CBT is the PTC, CBT shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Intermedia in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement.
For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to or from Frontier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement. Ameritech shall reimburse Frontier at Frontier’s applicable tariffed terminating switched access rates.
For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic which is subject to a PTC arrangement and where Ameritech is the PTC, Ameritech shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Requesting Carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement. Upon receipt of verifiable Primary Toll records, Ameritech shall reimburse Requesting Carrier at Requesting Carrier’s applicable tariffed terminating switched access rates. When transport mileage cannot be determined, an average transit transport mileage shall be applied as set forth on the Pricing Schedule. VII.3.9 IntraLATA 800 Traffic shall be exchanged between the Parties as follows: (a) Queried IntraLATA 800 Traffic may be delivered to Ameritech over the Local IntraLATA Trunks and if Ameritech performs the 800 query function, over the Access Toll Connecting Trunks. If the Local/IntraLATA Trunks are used and Requesting Carrier performs the 800 query function, the IntraLATA 800 Traffic will be recorded as toll calls. If the Access Toll Connecting Trunks are used, Ameritech will not record the IntraLATA 800 Traffic. (b) The Parties shall provide to each other IntraLATA 800 Access Detail Usage Data for Customers billing and IntraLATA 800 Copy Detail Usage Data for access billing. EMR exchange between the Parties will use the standard centralized message system delivery systems (CMDS). The Parties agree to provide this data to each other at no charge. In the event of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data received from either Party, the liability of the Party providing such data shall be limited to the provision of corrected data only.
For IntraLATA. Toll Traffic that is subject to a PTC arrangement, the PTC shall deliver such IntraLATA Toll Traffic to the other Party in accordance with the terms and conditions of such PTC arrangement; For Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic where the transiting Party has a transiting arrangement with such third party LEC or CMRS provider that authorizes it to deliver such traffic to the other Party (“Other Party Transit Agreement”), then the transiting Party shall deliver such traffic to the other Party in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Other Party Transit Agreement, and such third party LEC or CMRS provider (and not the other Party) shall be responsible to pay the transiting Party the applicable Transit Service charge. The other Party is to xxxx any termination charges solely to the third party carrier.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Reconex. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Reconex.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances: 4.2.1.1 With reasonable notification from AT&T-12STATE and upon AT&T-12STATE’s request, CLEC shall convert all of its Embedded Base to two-way trunks. 4.2.1.2 At any time an Embedded Base trunk group (either originating or terminating) requires augmentation, AT&T-12STATE can require the associated originating and terminating trunks to be converted to a single two-way trunk group prior to the augmentation. 4.2.1.3 When any network changes are to be performed on a project basis (i.e., central office conversions, tandem re-homes, etc.), upon request and reasonable notice by AT&T-12STATE, CLEC will convert all of its Embedded Base affected by the project within the intervals and due dates required by the project parameters. 4.2.1.4 In addition to the foregoing, CLEC may choose, at any time, to convert its Embedded Base to two-way trunk groups. 4.2.1.5 The Parties will coordinate any trunk group migration, trunk group prioritization and implementation schedule. AT&T-12STATE agrees to develop a cutover plan within thirty (30) days of notification to CLEC of the need to convert pursuant to Section 4.2.1.1 above and Section 4.2.1.3 above.

  • Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by PNG under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by PNG as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by PNG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, PNG’s own use) must be purchased by PNG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 PNG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by PNG to comply with this Section 2.2, PNG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of PNG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. PNG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from PNG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm PNG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 PNG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 PNG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to PNG Customers.

  • Cellular Telephone Executive shall receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses associated with Executive's use of a cellular telephone in performing his services.

  • Signaling Each Party will provide the other Party with access to its databases and associated signaling necessary for the routing and completion of the other Party’s traffic in accordance with the provisions contained in the Unbundled Network Element Attachment or applicable access tariff.
