Common use of Limitation of XXXX’x responsibility Clause in Contracts

Limitation of XXXX’x responsibility. In any event, XXXX’x responsibility under this Schedule will be capped at: (a) except in the case of Related Lodgements or Submissions, $10 million per Covered Dealing (including any amount paid under 3.2 (a) (v)) or Conveyancing Transaction; (b) $10 million for Related Lodgements or Submissions; and (c) $50 million for all Subscribers per annum.
