Limitation on Competing Options. The Members hereby agree that during the period of time commencing on the date a Buy/Sell Notice is delivered by an Initiating Member to the Non-Initiating Member and ending on the earlier of the last date upon which the closing of the sale of the Properties or the Membership Interest of the selling Member was required to have been consummated under this Article 9, no Member shall have the right to deliver a competing Buy/Sell Notice under this Article 9.
