Limitation on Liens; Transfer Restrictions. (i) Except for the Permitted Liens and the Lien of this Mortgage, the Mortgagor may not, without the prior written consent of the Mortgagee, permit to exist or grant any Lien on all or any part of the Mortgaged Property or suffer or allow any of the foregoing to occur by operation of law or otherwise.
(ii) Except to the extent permitted by the Credit Agreement, the Mortgagor may not, without the prior written consent of the Mortgagee, sell, convey, assign, lease or otherwise transfer all or any part of the Mortgaged Property.

(ii) Except to the extent permitted by the Credit Agreement, the Mortgagor may not, without the prior written consent of the Mortgagee, sell, convey, assign, lease or otherwise transfer all or any part of the Mortgaged Property.

(ii) Except to the extent permitted by the Purchase Agreement, the Grantor may not, without the prior written consent of the Beneficiary, sell, convey, assign, lease or otherwise transfer all or any part of the Trust Property.
