Common use of Limitation on Use of ADP Products Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Use of ADP Products. Client will use the ADP Products only to process its own internal data. Client will not copy, assign, loan, sub-license or otherwise transfer the ADP Products, or alter, modify or adapt (or cause to be altered, modified or adapted) the ADP Products. CLIENT WILL NOT COPY, RECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, REVERSE ENGINEER, OR MAKE OR DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER FORM OF OR, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY THIS SECTION, ANY DERIVATIVE WORK FROM, THE ADP PRODUCTS.

CLIENT WILL NOT COPY, RECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, REVERSE ENGINEER, OR MAKE OR DISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER FORM OF OR, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY THIS SECTION, ANY DERIVATIVE WORK FROM, THE ADP PRODUCTS. Client will not allow all or any part of the ADP Products to be used in any country not respecting the trade secret and copyright protection of the ADP Products.
