Common use of Limitation on Use of CITY-Arranged Landfill Capacity Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Use of CITY-Arranged Landfill Capacity. CONTRACTOR shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, use any CITY-arranged disposal capacity for the disposal of any material that was collected by CONTRACTOR or by any other person, other than the materials collected pursuant to this Agreement and specifically listed in this Article of this Agreement, without the express prior written authorization of the City Representative.
