Vehicle Signage and Painting. Collection vehicles shall be painted and numbered consecutively without repetition and shall have CONTRACTOR's name, CITY’s customer service telephone number as provided to CONTRACTOR by the City Representative, and the number of the vehicle painted in letters of contrasting color, at least four (4) inches high, on each side and the rear of each vehicle. CITY may specify the format of the alpha-numeric numbering sequence to be used, so that all vehicles have a unique identifier. No advertising shall be permitted on the collection vehicles other than the name of CONTRACTOR and promotional advertisement of the Recycle Plus Program. Collection vehicles shall be painted white, or such other color as has been approved in writing by the City Representative and vehicle striping and logos shall be painted CONTRACTOR’s primary corporate colors. During the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall repaint all collection vehicles to the satisfaction of the City Representative on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City Representative, but not less often than every thirty (30) months. Collection vehicles shall be identified as City of San Xxxx Recycle Plus collection vehicles through the use of interchangeable signs. These signs will contain Recycle Plus-related announcements in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages as directed by the City Representative. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for equipping both sides of the collection vehicles with frames capable of securing signs of dimensions 29-3/16” high by 93-3/16” wide or other dimensions designated by the City Representative. CITY shall provide such signs to CONTRACTOR with a minimum of one (1) week’s notice prior to design changes. CONTRACTOR shall install the signs in the frames. CITY shall not require sign changes more frequently than once every quarter.

No advertising shall be permitted other than the name 21 of the CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials, Green 22 Waste/Organic Waste programs and clean air vehicle signage. CONTRACTOR shall repaint all 23 vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as 24 necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City 25 Representative.

No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials programs or such other signage as may be approved by the Contract Administrator in writing. The CONTRACTOR shall repaint all vehicles (including vehicle striping if appropriate) during the Term of this Agreement as necessary to maintain a positive public image.

No advertising is permitted other than the name of Contractor, its logo and registered service marks, except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste programs, which is encouraged. City to approve any promotional material of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste Programs affixed to or painted on Contractor’s Collection Vehicles and may require such promotion to be utilized from time to time in order to encourage correct recycling, reduce contamination, and provide relevant education. Contractor must repaint all vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the Agreement Administrator, but not less often than once every five years beginning January 1, 2022.

Collection vehicles, except reserve equipment used on a temporary basis, shall be painted and numbered consecutively without repetition and shall have the LICENSEE'S name, LICENSEE’S customer service telephone number, and the number of the vehicle painted in letters of contrasting color, at least four (4) inches high, on each side and the rear of each vehicle. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the LICENSEE. LICENSEE shall repaint or discontinue the use of a vehicle at the request of the City Representative to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City Representative.

No advertising shall be permitted 586 other than the name of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall repaint or discontinue the use 587 of a vehicle at the request of the City Representative to maintain a positive public image as 588 reasonably determined by the City Representative. 589 6.01.5 Debris Box Signage, Painting, and Cleaning. Debris Boxes, shall be 590 painted and numbered consecutively without repetition and shall have the CONTRACTOR'S 591 name, CONTRACTOR’S customer service telephone number, and the number of the vehicle 592 painted in letters of contrasting color, at least six (6) inches high, on each side and the rear of 593 each Debris Box. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the CONTRACTOR. 594 Such Debris Boxes as are provided by the CONTRACTOR shall be steam cleaned by the 595 CONTRACTOR as frequently as necessary so as to maintain them in a sanitary condition. 596 CONTRACTOR shall repaint or discontinue the use of a Debris Box at the request of the City 597 Representative to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City 598 Representative.

All YT collection and Residential Street Sweeping (“RSS”) Service 10 vehicles shall be painted and numbered consecutively without repetition and 11 shall have CONTRACTOR's name, customer service telephone number as 12 provided to CONTRACTOR by the City Representative, and the number of the 13 vehicle painted in letters of contrasting color, at least four (4) inches high, on 14 each side and on the rear of each vehicle. CITY may specify the format of the 16 persons performing the types of services contemplated by this Agreement have a 17 unique identifier. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of 18 CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of services covered under this 19 agreement. Collection vehicles and sweepers shall be painted in 20 CONTRACTOR’s primary corporate colors. CONTRACTOR shall repaint all 21 collection vehicles and sweepers (including the vehicles’ striping) during the term 22 of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public 23 image as reasonably determined by the City Representative, but not less often 24 than every thirty (30) months beginning July 1, 2010.
