Common use of Limitation to Landlord’s Estate Clause in Contracts

Limitation to Landlord’s Estate. Tenant shall look only to Landlord’s estate and property in the Real Property (including awards, proceeds, profits and rents therefrom) for the satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies, or for the collection of a judgment (or other judicial process), against Landlord hereunder, and no other property or assets of Landlord or any Landlord Party shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies under or with respect to this Lease, the relationship of Landlord and Tenant hereunder or Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises.
