Applicability of this Agreement This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of one of the Contracting Parties in accordance with its laws and regulations by investors of the other Contracting Party prior to as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement, but shall not apply to any dispute or claim concerning an investment which arose, or which was settled before its entry into force.
DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT 33:01 This Agreement shall be binding and continue in effect until June 30, 2020, and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of three (3) months next preceding the expiration date of this agreement, that it desires to amend or terminate it.

Survival of Terms and Conditions The Parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the Agreement that require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of the Agreement shall survive such termination date and shall be enforceable in the event of a failure to perform or comply.
STABILITY OF AGREEMENT Section 1 No amendment, alteration or variation of the terms or provisions of this Agreement shall bind the parties hereto unless made and executed in writing.
