Contractor shall at all times conduct the work in such manner and in such sequence as will ensure the least practicable interference with pedestrian and motor traffic passageways. The Contractor shall furnish convenient detours and provide and plan other appropriate signs, flashers, personnel, warnings, barricades and other devices for handling pedestrian and motor traffic.
