Common use of Limitations of Use Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Use. The Mortgagor shall not initiate, join in or consent to any change in any private restrictive covenant, zoning ordinance or other public or private restrictions limiting or defining the uses that may be made of any of the Properties and the Improvements or any part thereof that would have a material adverse effect on the value of any of the Properties or the Improvements. The Mortgagor shall comply with the provisions of all leases, licenses, agreements and private covenants, conditions and restrictions that at any time are applicable to the Mortgage Estate.
