LIMITATIONS ON BUSINESS ACTIVITY. Association representatives shall not use their official Association position for matters outside the scope of this Agreement and will conduct their business with dispatch. Time used during normal on-duty hours will be with the knowledge and approval of appropriate supervisor. The District shall not unreasonably withhold permission.
