Limitations on Licenses. (A) The licenses granted under Section 5.1 above are not intended to grant any rights to Alnylam to practice the Isis Excluded Technology. If Alnylam wishes to license any Isis Excluded Technology for which Isis has the right to grant a license or sublicense, Isis will negotiate in good faith an appropriate license.
