Common use of Limitations on Observers Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Observers. Whenever a complaint or court action is pending against a Licensed Educational Interpreter, no one other than the Licensed Educational Interpreters supervisors or other individual as designated by the Superintendent, will be permitted to observe the Licensed Educational Interpreter's work without the approval of the Licensed Educational Interpreter.
