Limitations on Reimbursements. Subrecipient shall not be reimbursed or otherwise compensated for any expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the Effective Date of this agreement, or following 40 days after the end of the Period of Performance provided on the initial signature page of Exhibit D. DBHDS shall only reimburse or otherwise compensate the Subrecipient for documented expenditures incurred during this period that are: 1) reasonable and necessary to carry out the agreed upon scope of service outlined in Exhibit D, 2) documented by contracts or other evidence of liability consistent with established DBHDS and Subrecipient procedures; and 3) incurred in accordance with all applicable requirements for the expenditure of funds payable under this agreement
