Limitations on Remedies Cures Qualifications. (i) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, if the Borrower fails to comply with Section 8.01: (A) such failure shall not result in a Default or an Event of Default until the Cure Expiration Date and then only to the extent not cured pursuant to Section 8.02; and (B) the Administrative Agent may not take any of the actions set forth in Sections 9.02(a) or (b), and no Lender shall give any instruction, direction or request to the Administrative Agent in respect of such action, until after the Cure Expiration Date and then only to the extent a cure has not been effected pursuant to Section 8.02.
