Licensee is authorized to sell Xxxx-Bearing Merchandise, subject to the restrictions and conditions imposed by Delta, which Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees to, including the restrictions stated in the fourth WHEREAS paragraph of this Agreement; and the restrictions stated in Delta’s Licensee Code.
