Limitations on Term. Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 2.3 or Section 2.4 to the contrary, the Term of this Agreement with respect to any Property shall not extend beyond the term of any ground lease (including renewals and extensions thereof) pursuant to which Landlord leases such Property.
