Common use of Limitations on the Verifier Clause in Contracts

Limitations on the Verifier. In relation to its review of the Records under clause 31.3, the Verifier will not: (a) use the information obtained for any purpose other than verifying the accuracy of information provided by the Provider under this Agreement; and (b) engage as its agent any person that is in competition with the Provider, any person who is related to a person in competition with the Provider, or any employee, director, or agent of such persons. For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

Limitations on the Verifier. In relation to its review of the Records under clause 31.329.3, the Verifier will not: (a) use the information obtained for any purpose other than verifying the accuracy of information provided by the Provider under this Agreementagreement; and (b) engage as its agent any person that is in competition with the Provider, any person who is related to a person in competition with the Provider, Provider or any employee, director, or agent of such persons. For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), 29.4(b) a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

Limitations on the Verifier. For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), 18.5(b) a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

In relation to its review of the Records under clause 31.331.2, the Verifier will not: (a) use the information obtained for any purpose other than verifying the accuracy of information provided by the Provider under this Agreement; and (b) engage as its agent any person that is in competition with the Provider, any person who is related to a person in competition with the Provider, or any employee, director, or agent of such persons. For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), Clause 30.4(b) a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

In relation to its review of the Records under pursuant to clause 31.326.2, the Verifier will not: (a) use the information obtained for any purpose other than verifying the accuracy of information provided by the Provider under this Agreementagreement; and (b) engage as its agent any person that is in competition with the Provider, any person who is related to a person in competition with the Provider, Provider or any employee, director, or agent of such persons. For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), 26.3(b) a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.

For the purposes of this clause 31.4(b), purpose a person is related to another person if it is a related company (as that term is defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) of that other person.
