Common use of Limitations on Use of Information Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Use of Information. The Fund agrees not to use the information received pursuant to this Amendment for any purpose other than as necessary to comply with the provisions of Rule 22c-2 or to fulfill other regulatory or legal requirements subject to the privacy provisions of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (Public Law 106-102) and comparable state laws.

Limitations on Use of Information. The Fund agrees not to use the information received pursuant to this Amendment Agreement for any purpose other than as necessary to comply with the provisions of Rule 22c-2 or to fulfill other regulatory or legal requirements subject to the privacy provisions of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (Public Law 106-102) and comparable state laws.

Limitations on Use of Information. The Fund agrees not to use the information received pursuant to this Amendment Agreement for any purpose other than as necessary to comply with the provisions of Rule 22c-2 22c-2, or to fulfill other regulatory or legal requirements subject to the privacy provisions of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (Public Law 106-102) and comparable state laws.

Limitations on Use of Information. This provision survives termination of the Agreement.

Limitations on Use of Information. The Fund agrees not to use the information received pursuant to this Amendment for any purpose from the Intermediary other than as necessary to comply with the provisions of Rule 22c-2 or to fulfill other regulatory or legal requirements requirements, the receipt, use, handling and disposal of which is subject to the privacy provisions of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (Public Law 106-102) and comparable state laws.

Limitations on Use of Information. The Fund agrees not to use the information received pursuant to this Amendment for Section 2.13for any purpose other than as necessary to comply with the provisions of Rule 22c-2 and related matters or to fulfill other regulatory or legal requirements subject to the privacy provisions of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (Public Law 106-102) and comparable state laws. You agree to notify us as required by applicable state law in the event of a compromise or other breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of information received from us pursuant to this Section 2.13.

Limitations on Use of Information.
