Common use of Limitations on Clause in Contracts

Limitations on. responsibility The Agent shall have no responsibility to any Security Party or to any Lender on account of: 15.7.1 the failure of a Lender or of any Security Party to perform any of its obligations under a Finance Document; nor 15.7.2 the financial condition of any Security Party; nor 15.7.3 the completeness or accuracy of any statements, representations or warranties made in or pursuant to any Finance Document, or in or pursuant to any document delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document; nor 15.7.4 the negotiation, execution, effectiveness, genuineness, validity, enforceability, admissibility in evidence or sufficiency of any Finance Document or of any document executed or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document.

Limitations on. responsibility The Agent shall have no responsibility to any Security Party or to any Lender on account of: 15.7.1 15.13.1 the failure of a Lender or of any Security Party to perform any of its obligations under a Finance Document; nor 15.7.2 15.13.2 the financial condition of any Security Party; nor 15.7.3 15.13.3 the completeness or accuracy of any statements, representations or warranties made in or pursuant to any Finance Document, or in or pursuant to any document delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document; nor 15.7.4 15.13.4 the negotiation, execution, effectiveness, genuineness, validity, enforceability, admissibility in evidence or sufficiency of any Finance Document or of any document executed or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document.

Limitations on. responsibility RESPONSIBILITY The Agent shall have no responsibility to any Security Party or to any Lender on account of: 15.7.1 the failure of a Lender or of any Security Party to perform any of its obligations under a Finance Document; nor 15.7.2 the financial condition of any Security Party; nor 15.7.3 the completeness or accuracy of any statements, representations or warranties made in or pursuant to any Finance Document, or in or pursuant to any document delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document; nor 15.7.4 the negotiation, execution, effectiveness, genuineness, validity, enforceability, admissibility in evidence or sufficiency of any Finance Document or of any document executed or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Document.

Limitations on. responsibility The Agent shall have no responsibility to any Security Party or to any Lender Creditor Party on account of: 15.7.1 17.7.1 the failure of a Lender Creditor Party or of any Security Party to perform any of its obligations under a Finance Creditor Document; nor 15.7.2 17.7.2 the financial condition of any Security Party; nor 15.7.3 17.7.3 the completeness or accuracy of any statements, representations or warranties made in or pursuant to any Finance Creditor Document, or in or pursuant to any document delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Creditor Document; nor 15.7.4 17.7.4 the negotiation, execution, effectiveness, genuineness, validity, enforceability, admissibility in evidence or sufficiency of any Finance Creditor Document or of any document executed or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Finance Creditor Document.
