Limited Acceptance. You have the option to elect to be a Limited Acceptance Provider and only accept certain Visa, Mastercard or other Card Network Card types (“Limited Acceptance”). Processor, Bank and their designated vendors have no obligations with regard to Limited Acceptance except those expressly stated in the Rules, Operating Regulations or the Laws. Processor, Bank and their vendors have no obligation to monitor, review, or oversee card types accepted by You at the point of sale. If You elect to be a Limited Acceptance Provider, Y ou are solely responsible for implementing your Limited Acceptance and for paying all costs related thereto. Should You submit a transaction involving a Card type You have indicated You do not wish to accept, Processor, Bank and/or their designated vendors may process that transaction and Y ou will be s o le ly responsible for all fees, charges and assessments related to that transaction.
