Common use of Limited Access Areas Clause in Contracts

Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of Clinical Services or to patient safety HHS may limit or restrict Project Co’s and each Project Co Party’s access to designated portions of the Site or the Facility unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of HHS, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by HHS.

Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of Clinical Services or to patient safety HHS HRRH may limit or restrict Project Co’s and each Project Co Party’s access to designated portions of the Site or the Facility unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of HHSHRRH, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by HHSHRRH.

(a) For purposes related to the provision of Clinical Services or to patient safety HHS safety, effective upon Substantial Completion of the Facility, WGH may limit or restrict Project Co’s and each Project Co Party’s 's access to designated portions of the Site or the Facility unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of HHSWGH, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by HHSWGH.
