Quality Monitoring. CUSTOMER authorizes AT&T to monitor and record calls to AT&T concerning the Services for training and quality control purposes.
Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting Contracting Authority’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 26, Contracting Authority may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that Contracting Authority also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Construction Contractor’s quality management systems.
(b) Project Co shall cooperate, and shall cause the Construction Contractor to cooperate, with Contracting Authority in monitoring quality management systems and shall provide Contracting Authority with all information and documentation reasonably required in connection with Contracting Authority’s rights under this Section 15.4.
Quality Monitoring. 2.8.1 DCH will have a written strategy for assessing and improving the quality of services provided by the Contractor. In accordance with 42 CFR 438.204, this strategy will, at a minimum, monitor: • The availability of services; • The adequacy of the Contractor’s capacity and services; • The Contractor’s coordination and continuity of care for Members; • The coverage and authorization of services; • The Contractor’s policies and procedures for selection and retention of Providers; • The Contractor’s compliance with Member information requirements in accordance with 42 CFR §438.10; • The Contractor’s compliance with State and federal privacy laws and regulations relative to Member’s confidentiality; • The Contractor’s compliance with Member Enrollment and Disenrollment requirements and limitations; • The Contractor’s Grievance System; • The Contractor’s oversight of all Subcontractor relationships and delegations; • The Contractor’s adoption of practice guidelines, including the dissemination of the guidelines to Providers and Providers’ application of them; • The Contractor’s quality assessment and performance improvement program; and • The Contractor’s health information systems. • The Contractor shall respond to requests for information within the stipulated time frame.
2.8.2 DCH will have a written strategy for assessing and improving the quality of services provided by the Contractor for the Demonstration and the outcomes resulting from those services. This strategy is incorporated in Attachment O.

Quality Monitoring. The Transportation Provider shall:
A. Respond to complaints forwarded by the Broker within 48 hours and provide resolution and/or a corrective action plan approved by the Broker.
B. Cooperate and participate in Broker or Agency on-site visits of the Transportation Provider’s place of business and inspection of business records and vehicles.
C. Upon request, make available any vehicles used in HST work for Broker or Agency inspection according to the contract requirements. Implement a system of reporting and tracking such inspections.
Quality Monitoring. The purpose of quality monitoring is to assure courteous treatment and superior service for Buffalo News customers and to assure an accurate exchange of information between callers and their News contacts. When managers monitor employees’ telephone contacts, they will be analyzing the contact for appropriate performance in these four key areas: information gathering procedures, adherence to established customer service procedures, knowledge of products and services and telephone etiquette. Managers will train all employees involved in customer contact on the requirements of good customer service interaction and effective sales techniques. Employees will receive detailed training in the following key areas: information gathering procedures, customer service procedures, availability of products and services offered within the department and telephone etiquette. New employees will be provided this training as an important part of their orientation and instruction. Additionally, all current employees will be trained in any changes in expected performance or processes for customer interaction and offered opportunities for skills development before the employee is monitored for compliance.
Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting HMQ‟s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 26, HMQ may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co‟s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that HMQ also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Construction Contractor‟s quality management systems.
(b) Project Co shall cooperate, and shall cause the Construction Contractor to cooperate with HMQ in monitoring quality management systems and shall provide HMQ with all information and documentation reasonably required in connection with HMQ‟s rights under this Section 15.4.
Quality Monitoring. 4.9.1 ASES, in strict compliance with applicable provisions of 42 CFR 438.204 and other federal and Puerto Rico regulations, shall evaluate the delivery of health care by the Contractor’s Provider Network. Such quality monitoring shall include monitoring of all the Contractor’s Quality Improvement programs described in Article 12 of this Contract. ASES shall monitor the following items, among others:
4.9.1.1 The availability of Covered Services;
4.9.1.2 The adequacy of the Contractor’s Provider Network;
4.9.1.3 The Contractor’s coordination and continuity of care for Enrollees;
4.9.1.4 The coverage and authorization of Covered Services and Benefits;
4.9.1.5 The Contractor’s policies and procedures for selection and retention of Providers;
4.9.1.6 The Contractor’s compliance with Enrollee information requirements in accordance with 42 CFR 438.10;
4.9.1.7 The Contractor’s compliance with Puerto Rico and federal privacy laws and regulations relative to confidentiality of Enrollee information;
4.9.1.8 The Contractor’s compliance with Enrollment and Disenrollment requirements and limitations;
4.9.1.9 The Contractor’s Grievance System;
4.9.1.10 The Contractor’s oversight of all Subcontractor relationships and delegations;
4.9.1.11 The Contractor’s adoption of practice guidelines, including the dissemination of the guidelines to Providers and, upon request, to Enrollees, and Providers’ application of the Guidelines;
4.9.1.12 The Contractor’s quality assessment and performance improvement program; and
4.9.1.13 The Contractor’s Information Systems to ensure it supports initial and ongoing review of Puerto Rico’s quality strategy.
Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting IO’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Sections 29 and 34, IO may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that IO also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of both the Construction Contractor’s and the Service Provider’s quality management systems.
(b) Project Co shall cooperate, and shall cause the Construction Contractor and the Service Provider to cooperate, with IO in monitoring quality management systems and shall provide IO with all information and documentation reasonably required in connection with IO’s rights under this Section 13.4.
