Limited Activities of GP LLC. GP LLC shall not engage in any business activities other than maintaining its existence, owning and maintaining the general partnership interests in the Borrower and activities related or incidental thereto and performing its obligations under the Loan Documents, the Senior Notes (and the agreements related thereto) and the other agreements contemplated hereby (including any documentation with respect to Indebtedness of GP LLC permitted hereunder) and activities related or incidental thereto.
