Co-Syndication Agents. Nothing in this Agreement shall impose any duty or liability whatsoever on any of the Co-Syndication Agents in such capacity.
Co-Syndication Agents. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 9.07.
Co-Syndication Agents. The Co-Syndication Agents shall have no responsibility or obligation under this Agreement in their capacity as Co-Syndication Agents.
Co-Syndication Agents. None of the Co-Syndication Agents shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Co-Syndication Agents. Each Lender hereby designates Fifth Third Bank and U.S. Bank National Association as Co-Syndication Agents and agrees that the Co-Syndication Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.
Co-Syndication Agents. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any provision of any other Credit Document, each of the Co-Syndication Agents are named as such for recognition purposes only, and in their respective capacities Co-Syndication Agent, as such shall have no powers, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement or the other Credit Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby. Without limitation of the foregoing, none of the Co-Syndication Agents in their respective capacities as Co-Syndication Agents shall, solely by reason of this Agreement or any other Credit Documents, have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank or any other Person.
Co-Syndication Agents. The Co-Syndication Agents shall have only the duties and obligations expressly set forth in the Loan Documents in their capacity as Co-Syndication Agents and shall have the same rights, protections, immunities and indemnities as the Administrative Agent.
Co-Syndication Agents. It is agreed that the Co-Syndication Agents shall, in their capacities as such, have no duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or liability in connection with this Agreement. Neither the Agent nor any Co-Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, has or is deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
Co-Syndication Agents. Each Lender hereby designates BMO Capital Markets and Capital One, National Association as Co-Syndication Agents and agrees that the Co-Syndication Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.
Co-Syndication Agents. The Co-Syndication Agents named on the cover page of this Agreement, in their capacities as such, shall have no obligation, responsibility or required performance hereunder and shall not become liable in any manner to any party hereto.
