Limited Approval. Remains in effect until the employment is completed. This is used for short term, temporary employment (i.e., one day event).
Limited Approval. This Development Agreement represents approval only of the 16 single family lots and the related public and private improvements set forth on the Plans, in compliance with the terms and conditions herein. It does not represent approval of any additional development, including on Outlot A of the Property.

It does not represent approval of any additional development, including but not limited to site or building plan approval for the development on the two commercial lots or approval for any proposed future development on Outlots B or D.
