Limited by Agreement. The wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment provided in this Agreement shall remain in effect until changed by written, mutual consent. The parties agree that their undertakings in this Agreement are mutual. Any previously established practice, policy, rule or regulation which is in conflict with a provision of this Agreement shall be superseded and replaced by this Agreement.
