LIMITED CONTRACT NON-RENEWAL. A. Non-renewal of a limited contract teacher with less than six (6) years teaching experience in the Huron City Schools shall be pursuant to O.R.C. 3319.11 and 3319.111. B. Non-renewal of a limited contract teacher with six (6) or more years teaching experience in the Huron City Schools shall be for just cause and in compliance with the applicable provisions of this agreement. Violations shall be subject to the grievance procedure. This Article supersedes O.R.C. 3319.11 and 3319.111.
