Limited License Grant to Other Users. By providing User Content through the Connect Service and making it available to other users of the Connect Service, you grant those users a non- exclusive license to access and use that User Content as permitted by these Terms and the functionality of the Connect Service.
Limited License Grant to Other Users. By registering on the Platform, in cases where you display your User Details and other information that you post on the Platform, for other Users to view, or when you directly exchange or otherwise provide your User Details and other information and materials to other Users as permitted by the Platform and these Terms of Use, You hereby grant to such Users a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and perform (if applicable) such User Details and materials and information solely as necessary for such Users to participate in the activities permitted under the Services or as permitted by You. You may at your discretion delete any User Details other than those mandatorily required for registration or other information that You had posted earlier on the Platform. You acknowledge that pursuant to the foregoing license granted by You, another User on the Platform might have already had access to or retained the same, and after You delete such User Details or other information, such information can still be with that other User as allowed by You under the foregoing license before such deletion, and You acknowledge that xxxxxx.xx will have no control over such information in the possession of such other Users.

PURPOSE does not take responsibility or liability for your distribution, sharing or disclosure of such Information. Furthermore, you acknowledge and understand that you are subject to all applicable privacy laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, FERPA.

  • Limited License Subject to the terms and conditions of this PLLA and applicable Open Source Terms (as defined hereafter) and during the term of this PLLA, ST hereby grants You under intellectual property rights owned by ST and its Affiliates or under which ST and its Affiliates has the right to grant a license, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, without the right to sub-license (except as expressly stipulated herein or authorized in writing by an authorized representative of ST): (i) to use, reproduce and modify (to the extent delivered to You in source code) the Licensed Materials for the sole purpose of and to the extent necessary to create a software or hardware application (“Licensee Product”) embedding the Licensed Materials, provided always that the Licensed Materials execute solely and exclusively on, or in conjunction with an integrated circuit manufactured by or for ST or its Affiliates (“ST Product”); (ii) to distribute the Licensed Materials to third parties in the same code form only as delivered to You by ST and only as embedded in the Licensee Product (and not as a standalone product) provided always that the Licensed Materials execute solely and exclusively on, or in conjunction with ST Product and grant such third parties sublicenses of the rights granted to You in subsections 1 (i) and (ii). You will enter into an agreement with such third parties which limit use of the Licensed Materials to no more than is allowed for under this PLLA. Upon request, You shall provide ST with requested contact information of third parties to whom you distributed the Licensed Materials and confirm in writing that such agreements with such third parties are in place. (iii) to use the Documentation solely to support and exercise the rights granted under this article 1 and to copy, modify and/or create derivative works from the Documentation, but only for the purpose of creating technically accurate subsets and supersets thereof or by translating it into other languages or otherwise creating technically accurate localized versions thereof – and distributing such Documentation and modifications and/or derivative works only with Licensee Product. Subject to all limitations described herein, You are authorized to have third party contractors exercise for You and on your behalf the license rights as set forth above. You are fully responsible vis-à-vis ST for any act or omission of Your contractors and any breach by Your contractors shall be deemed a breach by You hereunder. You acknowledge that the Licensed Materials have not been specifically designed to meet your individual requirements and that You have all information necessary to evaluate whether the Licensed Materials meet your requirements or not, and will be suitable for your intended use or application.   • Limited Right of Sublicense The right and license granted herein includes a limited right of each party to grant sublicenses to their respective subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, resellers, marketing representatives, and agents (collectively “Permitted Sublicensees”) in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing the Parties’ relationship to Participating Entities. Any sublicense granted will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Article. Each party will be responsible for any breach of this Article by any of their respective sublicensees.

  • License Grant If Products include software, firmware or documentation, Supplier grants to DXC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, prepare derivative works of the documentation and distribute such works, software, firmware or documentation directly or as integrated into DXC products, and to sublicense such rights to third parties. Supplier shall identify all licenses and deliver to DXC all materials required to meet the requirements of any licenses for third party software that is included in the Products. Supplier shall deliver to DXC the source code for any software licensed under a license that has a source availability requirement (such as the GNU General Public License). If the source code is not included with the material that Supplier has previously delivered, Supplier shall deliver within seven (7) days after DXC’s request the source code for any software licensed under an open source license that has a source availability requirement. Supplier grants DXC the right to duplicate and distribute the materials as necessary.
