User Details. Information obtained from Users will be disclosed by Our Community Pty Ltd to the Agency which will deal with that information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Our Community Pty Ltd will also retain that information after disclosure to the Agency and will maintain and use that information in accordance with the GiveNow Privacy Policy. Our Community Pty Ltd will not use this information other than as set out in this policy or as required by law or as consented to by the Agency.

User DetailsThe User represents that the User details, including all contact information, is updated, true and accu- rate at all times, and that Nord Pool shall not be obliged to perform any independent verification of any such information. The User may at any time amend its own details, including the Contact Persons, by written notice to Nord Pool or through such other means as Nord Pool may allow from time to time.

User Details. 3.1 You declare that all information provided by you in creating a Portal account or otherwise in connection with your use of the Portal is complete, current, and accurate and is not misleading, and that you will not misrepresent your identity. 3.2 You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to enter and perform your obligations under these terms of use and any activities that occur through your user ID and password. 3.3 You agree that NSW EPA may rely on information you provide unless and until it receives notice from you of any change or update to the information provided by you.   • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees. You may share with Airwallex some or all of the following types of Personal Data regarding Data Subjects: • full name; • email address; • phone number and other contact information; • date of birth; • nationality; • public information about the data subject; • other relevant verification or due diligence documentation as required under these terms; and • any other data that is necessary or relevant to carry out the Agreed Purposes.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.
